Share the Welcome You Have Found
Evangelization begins with the way we receive people. It can be as simple as making room beside you at Mass, inviting a neighbor to a parish gathering, listening well to someone’s question, or sharing why faith matters in your own life.
At Christ on the Mountain, we want people who are new, returning, or curious about Catholicism to know that they are welcome. Helping create that welcome is one meaningful way to share the Good News.
Start With Hospitality
You do not need to have every answer to help someone feel at home. A warm greeting, a helpful introduction, and a willingness to walk with someone can open a door.
If someone has questions about Catholicism, invite them to explore at their own pace. The parish offers a simple place to begin the conversation and learn more about Order of Christian Initiation for Adults (OCIA).
Help Others Find Their Place
Opportunities to support parish hospitality, newcomer welcome, and faith inquiry may be available throughout the year. Check the bulletin for current needs, or contact the parish office to share your interest.
