Becoming Catholic / OCIA

Curious About the Catholic Faith?

Are you interested in becoming Catholic, or completing your Sacraments of Initiation.?

The Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA) is a welcoming journey of faith for adults who are exploring Catholicism, seeking a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ, or preparing to receive the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist.

Who Is OCIA For?

  • Adults who have never been baptized

  • Christians from other faith traditions interested in becoming Catholic

  • Catholics who have not received Confirmation and/or First Eucharist

What to Expect

  • Weekly faith formation sessions

  • Prayer, discussion, and fellowship

  • Opportunities to ask questions and explore the faith

  • Guidance from clergy and parish leaders

  • Participation in parish life and worship

No Obligation

OCIA is not simply a class. It is a journey of discovery and discernment. You are welcome to attend, ask questions, and learn about the Catholic faith without any commitment to become Catholic.
